Biranchi Panda – An international Chef with 26 years of culinary experience out of which he has spent 22 years in US Cruise Industry. Expert in French, Italian, American, Mexican, South East Asian and Indian Cuisines. A world traveller with passion to cook different regional foods like Italian, Croatian, Argentinean, Peruvian, Brazilian, Martinique, Mexican, American, French, Japanese, Colombia Bahamas Islands and Moroccan. And his hobby is deep sea fishing, running marathon, travelling and photography

I have always believed in driving core values and maintaining standards without compromise. It has been highly motivating in implementing innovative product enhancements that delights our guests.

My Journey

From Rourkela city to US Cruise Industry

I was born on 15th July 1967 in Rourkela, the steel city of Odisha, India. My father was working in Steel Authority of India and my mother was a housewife taking care of 6 siblings. Life was full of struggle, but still completed my Graduation in Arts from Ispat College and then did my Diploma in Culinary from Culinary Institute of Patna. I started my career as an Inspector under the Odisha Police, as per the wish of my father. Things changed in the year 1988, when I entered into the Hotel Industry and ever since has been a success story. I arrived in USA, Miami with 20 dollars in my pocket and struggled for five months before getting my first assignment. Since then it has been a 22yrs journey of success and growth for my career in the USA.

Today, i am a successful International chef due to my mother, who taught me the finer skills of the kitchen and on blending of spices for getting the right taste and aroma.
