Cheese Chilly and Tofu Sandwich Grilled

[ Serves 4 ]


  • 12 slices Sandwich Bread


  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 150 gms sliced Tomatoes
  • 20 gms chopped green Chilies
  • 150 gms Tofu sliced and grilled
  • 8 each slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 each sliced Cucumber
  • 100 gms Mushrooms sliced and sauté
  • 20 ml Melted Butter


  1. Apply the Mayonnaise over all slices of bread and put a slice of cheddar cheese.
  2. Layer it with slices of cucumber and tomatoes, grilled tofu, grilled mushroom, Chopped chilies then cover it with second slice of bread.
  3. Repeat the steps as first.
  4. Finally cover it with a third slice of bread, making a two layered sandwich.
  5. Grill the Sandwich with applying butter both side of the Sandwich.
  6. Serve hot. Assemble as picture.
