- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 150 gms sliced Tomatoes
- 20 gms chopped green Chilies
- 150 gms Tofu sliced and grilled
- 8 each slices Cheddar Cheese
- 2 each sliced Cucumber
- 100 gms Mushrooms sliced and sauté
- 20 ml Melted Butter
- Apply the Mayonnaise over all slices of bread and put a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Layer it with slices of cucumber and tomatoes, grilled tofu, grilled mushroom, Chopped chilies then cover it with second slice of bread.
- Repeat the steps as first.
- Finally cover it with a third slice of bread, making a two layered sandwich.
- Grill the Sandwich with applying butter both side of the Sandwich.
- Serve hot. Assemble as picture.
