Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken think sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ medium onion chopped
- 1 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tsp pepperoni pepper
- 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Chicken broth
- 1/2 slice of lemon
- 200 ml of Milk
Procedure:
- Step 1 – Heat oil in heavy large skillet over high heat until very hot. Working in batches, add the chicken in single layer, add salt and pepper and cook 1 minute per side without stirring. Cook until browned and no longer red.
- Step 2 – Add chopped garlic and onions and sauté until tender. Squeeze ½ slice of lemon. Add ½ chicken broth, paprika, saffron and pepperoni pepper. Sauté during 2 minutes.
- Step 3 – Add mustard and mayonnaise. Mix everything very well. Add 200 ml of milk. Boil all during 1 minute and close the lid of the saucepan.
- Step 4 – Add 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and mix again. Add 4 slices of mozzarella on top, close the lid and keep during 20 seconds until the cheese melts.
Serve with rice and chips.
