Fish Tacos

[ Serves 4 ]

Ingredients:

  • 8 each Taco Shell
  • 300 gms Fish chunks(boneless)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 50 gms diced Onion
  • 2 tbsp sliced Garlic
  • 5 pcs Curry leafs
  • ½ tsp Cumin seed
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  •  2 each diced yellow Pepper
  • 4 each fresh Diced Tomatoes
  • 100 gms fresh Corn (Maize)
  • 4 each fresh sliced Chilies
  •  20 gms sliced Coriander leaves

Procedure:

  1. Heat the olive oil, Sauté cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves for 20 seconds, add diced onion and keep stirring until golden brown.
  2. Add corn, yellow peppers and tomatoes, keep sautéing for another 1 minute then add turmeric powder and chili powder.
  3. Finally add fish chunks and cook thoroughly, season as required.
  4. Fill the fish fillings in the center of taco shell and garnish with sliced coriander leaves. Present as shown in the picture.
