Ingredients:
- 8 each Taco Shell
- 300 gms Fish chunks(boneless)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 50 gms diced Onion
- 2 tbsp sliced Garlic
- 5 pcs Curry leafs
- ½ tsp Cumin seed
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 2 each diced yellow Pepper
- 4 each fresh Diced Tomatoes
- 100 gms fresh Corn (Maize)
- 4 each fresh sliced Chilies
- 20 gms sliced Coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Heat the olive oil, Sauté cumin seeds, garlic and curry leaves for 20 seconds, add diced onion and keep stirring until golden brown.
- Add corn, yellow peppers and tomatoes, keep sautéing for another 1 minute then add turmeric powder and chili powder.
- Finally add fish chunks and cook thoroughly, season as required.
- Fill the fish fillings in the center of taco shell and garnish with sliced coriander leaves. Present as shown in the picture.
